Nose
Light smoke, slight smell of digestive biscuits / malt. The smell is much more pleasant. Does not smell like hospital (unlike Ardbeg & Laphroaig)
Palate
Mouth watering, very strong chilly on the tounge. Strong burning in the mouth. Tastes of wood and earth.
Finish
Disipating heat off the tounge. Warming feeling down the troat. Can feel warmth in the stomach. Heavy in the mouth.
Conclusion
Strong, confident whisky packing a stong chilly pepper kick and a heartwarming finish. (Interesting I can't smell medicinal notes like other peated whisky). Very moreish and feeling of wanting more...dangerous!!
