Thick, sweet, with a lot of “heavy” spices (cloves, cardamon), cane sugar, caramel, dark berries and dried figs, wood polish, caramelized orange zest, notes of pickles

Sweet, spicy (peppers, cardamon, cinnamon), blackberry jam, oak, maple syrup

Sweet, nutty, berry marmalade with baking spices, soft oak, leathery touch

Decent bourbon, balanced (balance though a bit shifted to the oaky side) and full-bodied. This is quite expensive bottling (usual problem of That Boutique-y), which, however, definitely worth tasting
