We take that baseline of a great bourbon and turn it up all the way, producing a big, bright profile. Though most bourbons add a rye component to the mash bill for additional flavor or, to a lesser extent, wheat, - Reservoir trusts the full force of local corn and deep aging in our small barrels to produce a unique bourbon that is different from any other product available on the market. Our bourbon is the most unique whiskey in our house expressions. Its a beautiful midpoint balance of sweet between the softness of the Wheat and the sharp grain of the Rye. Appealing to experienced whiskey hunters and the novice alike. Built to be bigger than the average bourbon, we bottle at 100 proof/50% ABV so that you can proof the spirit down to your liking.
