- Tasted at:
- Light, floral and fruity (light strawberry and kiwi notes), candied lemon zest, fruit lollipops, vanilla, ripe pear, some malt notes, background dusty oak. More malty and yeast notes with water
- Slightly sweet, spicy (ginger, white pepper), light minerality, sweet pastries, pear marmalade, vanilla muffins, caramelized lemon zest, woody notes at the end
- Medium-long, quite sweet, with orchard berries and raw almonds, slowly getting dry, ending with soft oaky tones
- Pleasant whisky, with all the typical signs of bourbon maturation - light, fruity and floral. Very good balance and some signs of complexity - excellent result as for 11 yo malt. Good summer dram but unfortunately available in 100 ml samples only.
