Beautifully balanced sweetness from the Port with smoke at the back of the palate. Plums and sweet spice. Sage burning outdoors over a bonfire. Smooth texture in the mouth

The Port Cask Matured is our third release of Ballechin, and has been matured solely in Port Pipes. The barley used is peated to not less than 50 phenol parts per million.
A formidable, smoky Single Malt born out of experimentation, passion and the pursuit of quality. There were a total of 6000 bottles produced.
