Nose: Earthy with a sweet bourbon influence. Malted barley, a recognisable Benrinnes ‘meatiness’ and peppermint.
Palate: Honey roast pork, marmalade, green aldehydes and subtle menthol. Warm, chewy and mouth coating.
Finish: Oak spices and vanilla pods surface swiftly. A long and warming finish.
