- Colour
Pale Gold.
- Nose
Nose without Water Soft vanilla and subtle Sherry aromas mingle with grapefruit and oak. A sweetness develops; stewed apple leads to a cocoa powder edge.
Nose with Water Sweet vanilla leads to pear and apple aromas. Ripe raspberry and subtle tart cranberry notes lead to lemon zest.
- Palate
Palate without Water Creamy initially followed by cracked black pepper. Baked apple and spices with hints of pear. Toasted oak combines with herbal flavour.
Palate with Water Creamy and sweet, baked fruit flavours coming to the fore followed by hints of toasted hazelnut. Fresh citrus undertones and toasted oak on the finish.

Long with a lingering citrus edge.
