This cask strength version of our most popular rye retains its pure rye profile without the addition of spring water or proofing. Double-distilled in traditional copper pots stills over a direct-fire, then placed in new, charred American oak barrels, this whiskey is aged for no less than one year and blended with whiskeys up to two years.
