We have spent a long time tasting different compositions of our Rye, Peated and Traditional. All three of these are in the KAOS.

Yes, some will say that this sounds chaotic , but the taste says otherwise.

This composition gives the whisky an enormous complexity and exciting notes. It has almost no smoke – so little smoke that those who do not like smoke will like it.

It has something classical from our Traditional and it has a long and round aftertaste , from our “full bodied” Young Rye.
