Nose

Macerated fruits, dried dates, brown sugar, juicy barley and cinnamon.

Palate

The Sherry influence comes through with fruitcake, warming spice and orange rind.

Finish

Long with treacle, dark fruits (plums) and a mocha/chocolate character.
