Colour

Rich Mahogany.

Nose

Dark chocolate, vanilla pods and treacle, with rich notes of orange peel and cinnamon.

Palate

Lashings of raisins, treacle, dark chocolate, layers of heather honey, cinnamon and orange peel.

Billy Walker spends endless amounts of time in the GlenAllachie warehouses sampling across our range of casks, with over 50,000 on site its not a job for the faint hearted. However, its certainly time well spent when the results of his endeavours are tasted.

After sampling this vast range of casks Billy was keen to showcase GlenAllachie bottled at natural strength. We are delighted to introduce the GlenAllachie 10 year old Cask Strength Batch 4 a limited edition product bottled with only 2,600 cases available worldwide.

Batch 4 is bottled at 56.1%, non chill filtered and natural colour.
