Review by Grant's
- Nose
Clean and fresh, with creamy maltiness. Subtle elderflower and heather
- Palate
Maple syrup, red apples and honey. Hints of oak in the background
- Finish
Long, fresh with bags of fruit notes and hints of citrus
- Note
-
Intrigued that whisky and ale have matching profiles, our Master Blender asked a local Scottish brewery to season bourbon casks with their ales. The result: Grants Ale Cask Finish. Its the first blended Scotch to be extra-matured in casks that once held ale, resulting in a smooth, rich and creamy taste.
