A special partnership bottling, released to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Scotlands national company, SCOTTISH BALLET is bottled at 40% and delivers sweet notes of caramelised pineapple, golden syrup and Madeira cake dancing joyfully on the palate with spicier notes of aniseed and toasted oak, orchestrated on a wave of aromatic peat smoke.

Scottish Ballet delivers outreach projects from Kirkwall to Kilmarnock and beyond, and a proportion of the profit from sales of the 5,000 bottles of SCOTTISH BALLET 50 weve released will go towards supporting this vital community work, which focuses on promoting confidence, fostering wellbeing and encouraging creativity through dance.
