Nose with Water Rich crème brûlée with classic Sherry notes of stewed raisins and fruitcake. Fresh pine needles.

Palate without Water Oily and slightly drying. Full fruity character; green apple, cherry and candied orange peel. Again bitter chocolate notes with walnuts.

Palate with Water Winter spices and fruits with hints of citrus. Rich, long, and fruity finish.

Slightly drying with an oak edge.
