Nose

Dry Amontillado sherry notes compliment an orange zest and mango sensation, champagne and fruit salad.

Palate

Old school Springbank - dusty, dunnage warehouse & earthy. Then vanilla, honeycomb and Belgian chocolate notes come through.

Finish

More Orange zest and then butterscotch notes develop with a salty undertone.
