The years have been kind to this magnificent expression, giving it character that should be respected and revered.
The journey of this exceptional vintage began on 29th October 1979, when the fledgling spirit was put into bespoke bourbon barrels. After a 29 year maturation, it was transferred to Matusalem oloroso sherry butts from Jerez de la Frontera for the final two years.
